Who We Are?
Revo is the only company in the world making
guitar straps from real wood. Each strap is handmade in small batches by a
family of woodworkers in Costa Rica. With exotic woods and premium leather, our
straps offer a rare balance of natural beauty, ergonomic support, and
long-lasting durability.

The Beginning
In the 1990s, in the humid climate of Costa Rica, a family of woodworkers sought a better solution to sweaty, uncomfortable leather straps. After many prototypes, they crafted the first wooden guitar strap breathable, flexible, durable, and beautiful.

A Strap That Performs
Designed to stay cool and distribute weight evenly, the wood link strap soon gained attention first locally, then internationally. Its style, inspired by jewelry and the reggae beach vibe, stood out from anything else.

The Rise of Revo
Without a brand or logo, the straps spread by
word of mouth. Carlos Santana wore one in the “Smooth” music video and again on the cover of Rolling Stone. That model is now known as the Solano named after one of the original craftsmen.
